1. General Policy
AKS Tyres does not offer guaranteed refunds. All refund or return requests are reviewed individually based on the
nature of the product, condition, and circumstances of the request.
2. New Tyres
Requests for refunds on new tyres will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tyres that have been fitted, used,
or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund.
Any approval of a refund remains at the sole discretion of AKS Tyres.
3. Used Tyres
Due to the nature of used tyres, all used tyre sales are final. Refunds will only be considered if a tyre is proven
to be faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Cosmetic appearance, branding, tread wear differences, or general wear consistent with used tyres do not qualify
as faults.
4. Wholesale & Bulk Orders
All wholesale and bulk orders are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase.
Any refund requests relating to bulk orders will be assessed strictly on a case-by-case basis.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible. We may request
images, inspection reports, or additional information before making a decision.
AKS Tyres reserves the right to repair, replace, partially refund, or decline a refund request where appropriate.
6. Shipping & Handling Costs
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Refund Method
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary
depending on the payment provider.
